There is a stopover at one of the busiest terminals in the old continent, Rome’s Leonardo Da Vinci International Airport – Fiumicino. With a movement of more than 40 million passengers and 260 thousand flights, the State Police must control to thwart any criminal attempt, from drug trafficking and illegal immigration, to minor crimes such as shoplifting in its exclusive commercial area.

While the anti-drug team is in charge of detecting and arresting the envoys of criminal networks that try to enter or leave the country with illegal cargo, the Border Unit and its elite group of experts in documentary crimes work tirelessly to control migratory crises.

Organized crime knows no boundaries, but here the security forces are ready to take control and put a stop to it.
