STOP! Border Control Cuba

Cuba opens its doors for the first time and allows documenting the movement of one of the most important air terminals in Central America and the Caribbean: Havana’s José Martí International Airport.

Less than 20 kilometers from the center of the city, every year more than 9 million people transit under the watchful custody of the National Police and the United Nations Aircop Group, with a team specialized in migration control that performs a vital work for the entire region, since through Cuba they try to migrate illegally from all over the world to reach the continent.

Every hour the agents face the smuggling of regulated goods, weapons, or the attempt to enter money and goods without declaring them, but undoubtedly, one of the fundamental tasks is that carried out by the narcotics division, who are trained in the work of profiling passengers, looking for particular signs and strange movements to prevent the different drug trafficking crimes.
Organized crime knows no borders, but here the security forces are ready to take control and put a stop to it.
